General Information

Check in and check out: 
the day of your arrival you expect from 15 and we ask you to leave the room before 10 
Late check out: You want to stop the whole day of departure? Room available until 8 p.m. for 55€

Entrance to the thermal swimming pools, outdoor and communicating:
The pools are open from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 19:30 from Monday to Sunday; depending on the season, pool access times may vary.

Reservations: 
to finalize the booking we require a written confirmation via e-mail, mail or fax. To guarantee the reservation is sufficient communication of the receipt of a deposit made by bank transfer or postal order 

Terms and Conditions: 
Our guests that guarantee with credit card are free to cancel or change their reservations without charge within 3 days prior to arrival. 
If the cancellation is made within 2 days prior to arrival we will debit the first night of accommodation and services booked. 
In case of early departure or late arrival will be charged the full amount booked. 

Deposit: 
The deposits will be returned with cancellation within 15 days from the date of arrival. From 15 to 7 days before they will be held valid for another stay. After this deadline, will be considered penalties for late cancellation.

Meals: 
No reduction will be made for meals not taken.
Extra meal: € 35 

Accepted credit cards: 
CartaSi, MasterCard, Visa, Cash 

Treatments: 
I booked treatments at the Spa and Wellness Spa center Thermal can be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the appointment, then will be charged in full. The late for appointments will result in a reduction in the duration of treatment. 

Pets: Allowed small pets are not allowed in the common spaces 

The tourist tax is Euro 3.50 per day per person, up to a maximum of 4 overnight stays. As from 1 March 2023
